Ordering & how it works

Umbrette is an architectural and interior design planning firm that deals in setting up residential and commercial spaces. Currently, we are providing our services in Delhi/NCR only and planning henceforth to extend our oundaries.
We have a step-by-step process to make the project easier for you to understand. Starting from the meeting to finalizing designs and from purchasing materials to completing the project everything is discussed beforehand with the client. You can learn more about the process on this link.
Once you finalize the initial design and want to initiate the project, we will sign a contract with you wherein an advance payment of 10% of the total cost needs to be paid.
In case, you are canceling the project post making an advance payment, then in such a case we will deduct 8% amount as cancellation fees and refund the remaining amount.

Once you have booked your session with us, our representatives will visit the site and further understand your requirements.
A house can only become home when it starts reflecting the personalities of the people who live there. It should give you the right feeling and belongingness of staying in your own place. Our interior designers completely understand the essence and beauty of living in your dream space. Hence, firstly after making the site visit, our designers understand client’s requirements and thereafter take this ahead by recommending designs, products, ideas, etc. Once both designer as well as client is on same page, we then proceed ahead with design visualization process and implementation of designs.


The total cost of the project is calculated as per Rs/sq ft. However, in certain situations wherein there is product involved then in such a case the rates differ as per market standards. For example: If the client is looking forward to use paints of premium companies such as Asian Paints, Berger, etc then in such a scenario the rates will be calculated as per brand.
As mentioned above, we only have standard pricing cost per sq ft for particular jobs. However, the cost differs or varies from product to product as per market rates.
We have hereby attached the soft copy of your first estimate. The details are provided in the below given attachment.
In case, you are interested in getting designs only and wish to get it executed from somewhere else than below are the costs applicable:
  • 2D Plan/Furniture Layout - Rs. 8,000/- (With one review iteration, follow-up iterations at Rs. 4,000/- per iteration)
  • 2D elevation drawing per wall - Rs. 3,000/- (With one review iteration, follow-up iterations at Rs. 1,500/- per iteration)
  • 3D price per view - Rs. 6,000/- (With one review iteration, follow-up iterations at Rs. 3,000/- per iteration)
  • 360 view per room - Rs. 15,000/- (With one review iteration, follow-up iterations at Rs. 8,000/- per iteration)
  • Site Visit - Rs. 3,000/- (per person per two hours)
  • BOQ Making - Rs. 2,000/- (per iteration)


At Umbrette, we provide a 1 year warranty from the date of handover of your project. We provide free after sales service to our clients for fixing or improvising the errors. The detailed understanding of warranty is mentioned in the contract that will be signed between client and Umbrette.
Warranty is not applicable on damages caused due to defects from wear & tear, breakage and mishandling.

Materials and Quality

At Umbrette, we ensure utilization of best in class products that surpass international standards of quality and durability. By doing so, we ensure our clients of meeting perfection in our work right from the very beginning.
There is no specific brand with which we have partnered with. Our designers have a thorough understanding of the brands, products and their pricing at which they are available. As per the projects, we suggest our clients and accordingly they are chosen considering the client’s budget.
We, at Umbrette undertake Turnkey project for interiors in residential and commercial spaces. Hence, we will definitely assist you with civil, false ceiling and electrical works.
We will provide a dedicated happiness manager for your project which will handle every aspect of it as per the discussion we had. Any changes will be discussed beforehand with you and will only be taken forward once you approve of them. Moreover, he/she will regularly keep a check on your project in order to ensure that it goes in right direction.


We, at Umbrette accept project payments via cheque, DD, NEFT, IMPS, cash as well as PayTM. We believe in client comfort and hence accept payments in either of the above mentioned modes.
Yes, you can definitely make your payment via EMI. We have partnered with few finance agencies which will help you in easy EMI payment. Please get in touch with us in order to discuss this further.

Production & Installation

Every project has a different time frame based on the work required. The estimated time frame for your project will be provided at the time of design approval.
Senior members of our team will regularly supervise the site that is under construction. In no circumstances, the workers will be left alone to work.
We, at Umbrette consider the safety of our people and client first above all other responsibilities. Hence, we provide appropriate gears to our workers who are present on site.
The installation process will be supervised by the senior team members at every step. You will be called on several occasions to give updates about the work which you can also check by visiting the location as per your availability.
